Mideer Magnetic Tiles Wonder Kingdom is a 48-piece set that builds a castle and then populates it.
Thirty translucent tiles come as eighteen notched squares, eight small triangles and four tall spire triangles, in seven colours that glow when a finished build catches the light. The other eighteen pieces are snap-on characters: suns with smiling faces, tulips, a moon, a star, clouds, two lion figures and a row of crowns that clip onto the tile edges, so a tower becomes a kingdom with residents rather than a shape. Each tile holds up to eight magnetic cores, sealed in by ultrasonic welding, and that many contact points mean a finished build can be lifted off the table in one piece without collapsing.
