Return & Refund Policy – ChooseMyToys
Thank you for shopping with ChooseMyToys. We want you and your little ones to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and unopened, in their original condition and packaging, with the seal and packaging fully intact and all tags, labels, accessories and free gifts included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important – Condition Checks If an item has been opened or used, or the seal/packaging is broken, the return will be refused, and our courier may reject it at the time of pickup. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:
- Soft toys, plush and stuffed animals
- Teethers and items intended for children to mouth (under-3 category)
- Items with broken safety seals
- Personalised or customised products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, WhatsApp us at +971 4 341 3396 or email info@choosemytoys.ae with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly. For customers within the UAE, we can arrange a return pickup. For other GCC countries, items must be shipped back using a trackable courier service.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method. Cash refunds are not possible. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of your return being received and approved. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
