Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. You can also pay later in instalments with Tabby, and we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE. Orders to other GCC countries must be prepaid.

What is Tabby and how does it work?

Tabby lets you split your purchase into interest-free instalments. Just choose Tabby at checkout and follow the steps to pay over time.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices on our website are in AED and include 5% UAE VAT.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology, and we never store your full card details.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the “Discount code” box at checkout and click apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact our support team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We deliver across the GCC: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. After dispatch: UAE 2–4 business days, Saudi Arabia 5–10 business days, and other GCC countries 5–10 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for rates.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all UAE orders over AED 150. For UAE orders below that, standard shipping is AED 25 and express is AED 35. Rates for other GCC countries are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery at any time.

What if I miss my delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to rearrange a convenient time.

What age range are your toys for?

From infants to 12+ years. Each product listing shows a recommended age range to help you choose.

Are your products genuine?

Yes — 100% authentic, sourced directly from the brands or their authorised distributors, and meeting all applicable international safety standards.

Are your toys safe for children?

Yes. Our toys are made from child-safe materials and meet international toy safety standards. Always check the age recommendation on each product and supervise young children during play.

Do you have a physical store?

We are an online-only store, which lets us offer a wide selection and great prices delivered straight to your door.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact. Opened or used items cannot be returned. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.

What items can’t be returned?

For hygiene and safety, opened hygiene/personal-use items (e.g. teethers, bath toys, plush), sale or clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a free pickup and replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How are refunds issued?

Approved refunds are given as store credit or back to your original payment method. Cash refunds are not possible. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Pickup is free if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes — eligible unopened items can be exchanged, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange it.
