Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices on our website are in AED and include 5% UAE VAT.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the “Discount code” box at checkout and click apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact our support team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed.

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days across the UAE. Express delivery: within 24 hours.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all UAE orders of AED 150 and above. For orders under AED 150, standard shipping is AED 30 (delivered within 2–4 business days). Express delivery is AED 75 (within 24 hours).
We deliver every order ourselves through our own in-house delivery service and don’t use third-party couriers, so we’re unable to provide a tracking number. Rest assured, your order will arrive within 2–4 business days across the UAE after dispatch. If you have any questions about your delivery, our friendly customer support team is happy to help.
What if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt delivery again or contact you to rearrange a convenient time.

We are an online-only store, which lets us offer a wide selection and great prices delivered straight to your door.

Can I return a product?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact. Opened or used items cannot be returned. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.
For hygiene and safety, hygiene/personal-use items (e.g. teethers, bath toys, plush), sale or clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a free pickup and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are given as store credit or back to your original payment method. Cash refunds are not possible. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Returns are free — we arrange collection anywhere in the UAE at no extra cost to you, whatever the reason for return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — eligible unopened items can be exchanged, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange it.
