Shipping Policy – ChooseMyToys

At ChooseMyToys, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. We ship across the GCC region including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • UAE: 2–4 business days
  • Saudi Arabia: 5–10 business days
  • Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates (UAE)

  • Standard shipping: AED 25 (orders under AED 150)
  • FREE standard shipping on all orders AED 150 and above
  • Express shipping: AED 35 flat rate (any order value)

Shipping rates for other GCC countries are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

Customs and Duties For orders shipped outside the UAE, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please WhatsApp us at +971 4 341 3396 or email info@choosemytoys.ae and we will investigate with our courier partner. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE at no additional fee. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
