At ChooseMyToys, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time, anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
Where we deliver We deliver across the UAE.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: AED 30 (orders under AED 150) — delivered within 2–4 business days
- Free standard shipping on all orders AED 150 and above
- Express shipping: AED 75 — delivered within 24 hours
Delivery: We deliver every order ourselves through our own in-house delivery team — we don't use third-party couriers. Because of this we're unable to provide a tracking number, but your order will arrive within the timeframes above. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time if needed.
Cash on Delivery: COD is available across the UAE at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
Missed deliveries: If you're unavailable, our delivery team will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule.
